Reliance Jio New Recharge Plans 2019 Reliance Jio breaks its promise; At the time of its launch, Reliance Jio had promised that voice calls from its network across the India will always be free. Jio has set to charge its users for outgoing calls to dump the pressure of interconnect usage charge (IUC) rates set by the medium administrative body of Asian country (TRAI). the corporate claimed that it's paid Rs. 13,500 crore to different operators as IUC charges over the past 3 years. Since it didn't charge its customers for voice calls, the corporate had in grips this whole expense. So, for all recharges done by Jio customers beginning these days, calls created to different mobile operators are going to be charged at the prevailing IUC rate of 6 paise per minute through IUC top-up vouchers until such time that TRAI moves to Zero termination charge regime.
